Pricing
Our prices are based on the location of the resort, season, resort
rating, the size of the unit and the number of days the reservation
is made before check in.
Guest Fee and exchange fee
If the unit is not in our home resort network but at a resort in the
RCI or II network we are charged a guest fee and an exchange fee that
may be added to your cost. The exchange fee and guest fee are non refundable
once the reservation is made.
All-Inclusive Resort.
If the resort requires All-inclusive fees they are collected in two
ways:
- The all-inclusive fees are charged when the reservation is made and
is non refundable.
- To be paid by Renter at check-in if the resort is an All-inclusive
Resort.
Payment
We can accept a credit card payment via PayPal weather or not you belong
to Paypal. We will provide you the link from this web site when we locate
a resort. This is required if a reservation with non refundable charge
is involved.
We will accept a personal check if the check-in date is more than 3
months in the future and the non refundable conditions do not apply.
Refundable/ Non Refundable Deposit
Each resort network has different conditions that we must adhere to
in making the reservation. A Fairfield reservation can be cancelled
up to 35 days before check-in with the deposit refundable.
With RCI & II - Once the reservation is confirmed we are committed
and charged at once for the unit. The initial deposit is non refundable.
Unit Damages
Any damages to the unit will be charge to your credit card on file at
check in.

You will receive information on the unit similar to this based on the
resort plus a conformation form that is issued by the resort:
Unit Features
Units outside the 48 states vary in the amenities provided
in the 48 states. Most 2 bedroom units have: Air condition, Dishwasher,
Microwave, Telephone, Phones, Washer, Dryer, Complete kitchen, Dining
area, Living Room with TV-CD player. The bed rooms will have TV's in
each. Studio and 1 Bedroom units may not have all the amenities in the
rooms.
Check-in
At check in you will be asked for a credit card imprint should
you have any charges at the resort during the stay. Normally at checkout
there will be a zero balance due. Any damages to the unit will be charge
to your credit card on file at check in.
Unit Information
When you arrive in the room there will be a welcome book that
explains the resort activities and what is available in the resort and
nearby. Also you will find a check list of everything in the unit. It
may be good to take quick look at the list and what's in the unit and
request any missing items. There is daily maid service available for
additional cost. At midweek the resort may supply you with fresh towels,
if needed, at no charge.
Resort Information
There maybe a welcome coffee on Sunday or Monday, that is good
to attend, where they talk about the week's activities and tours available
at a discount. Some resorts offer you free tickets to an area attraction
or a meal if listen to their 90 minute speech on the resort when they
will try to sell you a unit. Use caution with this or decline. We own
several units at various resorts which are available to rent each year
plus we are willing to sell one of our units at a price far less than
the resort is offering. If you are interested in purchasing after listening
